背景（Background）

天然細(xì)胞毒性觸發(fā)受體1（NCR1）也稱為自然殺傷細(xì)胞p46相關(guān)蛋白（NKp46）、淋巴細(xì)胞抗原94同源物（LY94）、CD抗原CD335，屬于天然細(xì)胞毒性受體（NCR）家族。NCR1包含兩個(gè)Ig樣（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。NCR1與CD247和FCER1G相互作用。NCR1/CD335可能有助于提高活化的自然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞裂解的效率。
