This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 49.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
分化簇70（CD70）也稱為CD27配體（CD27L/CD27LG）、TNFSF7、TNFSF7G，是屬于TNF超家族（TNFSF）的II型跨膜糖蛋白，是活化的T和B淋巴細胞以及成熟樹突狀細胞上發(fā)現(xiàn)的表面抗原。CD70與其受體CD27的結(jié)合誘導(dǎo)了T細胞的啟動、效應(yīng)器功能、分化和記憶形成，因此參與了包括T細胞活化、共刺激T細胞增殖以及細胞溶解性T細胞生成在內(nèi)的生物過程。T細胞上的CD70提供T細胞增殖、克隆擴增和促進效應(yīng)T細胞形成所需的共刺激信號。小鼠B細胞上的CD70已被證明可以抑制活化的B細胞向漿細胞的終末分化，并增強對記憶B細胞反應(yīng)的承諾。CD70誘導(dǎo)NK細胞增殖和IFNγ產(chǎn)生。
