誘導(dǎo)性T細(xì)胞共刺激物（ICOS）也稱為活化誘導(dǎo)性淋巴細(xì)胞免疫介導(dǎo)分子（AILIM）CD278，屬于CD28家族的免疫共刺激受體，由CD28、CTLA-4和PD-1組成。ICOS增強(qiáng)了T細(xì)胞對外來抗原的所有基本反應(yīng)，即增殖、淋巴因子的分泌、介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞間相互作用的分子的上調(diào)，以及有效幫助B細(xì)胞分泌抗體。CD278/ICOS可防止預(yù)激活T細(xì)胞的凋亡，并在CD40介導(dǎo)的免疫球蛋白同種型的類別轉(zhuǎn)換中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。
