蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 20.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 19-22 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

跨膜激活劑和CAML相互作用物（TACI），也稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員13B（TNFRSF13B）。最初發(fā)現(xiàn)它是因?yàn)樗軌蚺c鈣調(diào)節(jié)劑和親環(huán)素配體（CAML）相互作用。后來發(fā)現(xiàn)TACI通過與TNF家族的兩個(gè)成員BAFF和APRIL相互作用，在體液免疫中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。

本研究表明，在非小細(xì)胞肺癌中，增殖誘導(dǎo)配體（APRIL）、B細(xì)胞成熟抗原（BCMA）和跨膜激活物和CAML相互作用物（TACI）蛋白通過免疫組織化學(xué)、逆轉(zhuǎn)錄定量聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)和蛋白質(zhì)印跡異常表達(dá)。此外，觀察到APRIL、BCMA和TACI的表達(dá)參與了A549細(xì)胞中細(xì)胞外信號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)激酶（ERK）1/2的激活。
