背景（Background）

Mast/干細(xì)胞生長因子受體試劑盒（c-Kit）是蛋白激酶超家族、Tyr蛋白激酶家族和CSF-1/PDF受體亞家族的成員，也被稱為花斑性狀蛋白（PBT）、p145 c-Kit、酪氨酸蛋白激酶試劑盒和CD117，其中包含五個(gè)Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)蛋白激酶結(jié)構(gòu)域。CD117作為細(xì)胞因子KITLG/SCF的細(xì)胞表面受體，在調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞存活和增殖、造血、干細(xì)胞維持、配子發(fā)生、肥大細(xì)胞發(fā)育、遷移和功能以及黑色素生成中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。作為對KITLG/SCF結(jié)合的反應(yīng)，CD117可以激活多種信號通路。此外，活化的KIT促進(jìn)蛋白磷酸酶PTPN6/SHP-1和PTPRU以及轉(zhuǎn)錄因子STAT1、STAT3、STAT5A和STAT5B的磷酸化。
