PE-Labeled Human CD5, His Tag (CD5-HP2H6) is produced via site-specific conjugation of PE to Human CD5, His Tag under optimal conditions with a proprietary technology. Human CD5, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Arg 25 - Pro 372 (Accession # P06127-1).

-20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;

-70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

背景（Background）

T細胞表面糖蛋白CD5也稱為淋巴細胞抗原T1/Leu-1和LEU1，在酪氨酸殘基上被LYN磷酸化，因此CD5可以為PTPN6/SHP-1創(chuàng)造結(jié)合位點。CD5可能作為調(diào)節(jié)T細胞增殖的受體。CD5在人類B細胞的不同發(fā)育和激活階段表達。CD5是TCR和BCR信號傳導(dǎo)的公認(rèn)負調(diào)控因子。CD5陽性細胞還可以通過提供細胞因子如IL-10來預(yù)防自身免疫的出現(xiàn)。不同B和T細胞亞群的發(fā)育、選擇和功能或其優(yōu)先存活可能直接或間接依賴于與CD5或CD5樣分子相關(guān)的不同聚糖結(jié)構(gòu)。
