背景（Background）
Annexin A5是一種磷脂結合蛋白，在鈣的存在下以高親和力和選擇性結合PS。PS主要位于面向細胞質的膜小葉中。然而，最近的研究結果表明，每種細胞類型都有在其細胞表面暴露PS的分子機制。這種機制在細胞凋亡過程中被激活。一旦PS暴露在細胞表面，它就會表現(xiàn)出促凝和促炎活性。Annexin A5會與PS暴露的凋亡細胞結合，并能抑制垂死細胞的促凝和促炎活性。Annexin A5也被確定為凝血級聯(lián)中的一種抗凝蛋白，作為凝血酶原激活的抑制劑。Annexin A5抗體的存在與系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡（SLE）、復發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)和系統(tǒng)性硬化癥（SSc）有關。
