This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 26.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 37-47 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

白細(xì)胞介素-21受體（IL21R）也稱(chēng)為CD抗原CD360，新型白細(xì)胞介蛋白受體（NILR），是白細(xì)胞介素-21的受體，屬于I型細(xì)胞因子受體家族或4型亞家族。IL21R包含兩個(gè)纖維連接蛋白III型結(jié)構(gòu)域。IL21R在淋巴組織中選擇性表達(dá)，在胸腺和脾臟中表達(dá)最高。IL21R轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)IL21的促生長(zhǎng)信號(hào)，對(duì)T細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞和自然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞的增殖和分化很重要。
