背景（Background）

甲型肝炎病毒細(xì)胞受體2也稱為HAVCR2、FLJ14428、KIM3、TIM3、TIMD3，是TIM家族免疫調(diào)節(jié)分子的成員，具有一個(gè)Ig樣V型結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)富含Ser/Thr的粘蛋白柄。CD4陽性T輔助淋巴細(xì)胞根據(jù)其細(xì)胞因子分泌模式可分為1型（Th1）和2型（Th2）。Th1細(xì)胞及其相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子參與細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的對(duì)細(xì)胞內(nèi)病原體的免疫和遲發(fā)型超敏反應(yīng)，而Th2細(xì)胞參與控制細(xì)胞外蠕蟲感染和促進(jìn)特應(yīng)性和過敏性疾病。這兩種細(xì)胞也交叉調(diào)節(jié)另一種細(xì)胞的功能。HAVCR2是一種Th1特異性細(xì)胞表面蛋白，調(diào)節(jié)巨噬細(xì)胞活化，增強(qiáng)小鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)性自身免疫性腦脊髓炎的嚴(yán)重程度。HAVCR2調(diào)節(jié)巨噬細(xì)胞活化。抑制T輔助1型淋巴細(xì)胞（Th1）介導(dǎo)的自身和同種異體免疫反應(yīng)，促進(jìn)免疫耐受。也可能參與T細(xì)胞歸巢。HAVCR2-galectin-9通路的失調(diào)可能是人類慢性自身免疫性疾病狀態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)，如多發(fā)性硬化癥。
