白介素1受體樣1（IL1RL1）也稱為ST2、DER4、FIT-1、IL33R、ST2L、ST2V，屬于白介素-1受體家族。IL1RL1包含三個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個TIR結(jié)構(gòu)域。IL1RL1是白細胞介素-33（IL-33）的受體，其刺激激活MYD88、IRAK1、IRAK4和TRAF6，隨后磷酸化MAPK3/ERK1和/或MAPK1/ERK2、MAPK14和MAPK8。IL1RL1可能參與輔助T細胞功能。IL1RL1可以與MYD88、IRAK1、IRAK4和TRAF6相互作用。
