背景（Background）
CTLA-4（細胞毒性T淋巴細胞抗原4）也稱為CD152（分化簇152），是一種下調(diào)免疫系統(tǒng)的蛋白質(zhì)受體。CTLA4是免疫球蛋白超家族的成員，在輔助T細胞表面表達，并向T細胞傳遞抑制信號。該蛋白質(zhì)包含一個細胞外V結(jié)構域、一個跨膜結(jié)構域和一個細胞質(zhì)尾部。編碼不同異構體的替代剪接變體。CTLA4與T細胞共刺激蛋白CD28相似，兩種分子都與抗原呈遞細胞上的CD80和CD86（分別稱為B7-1和B7-2）結(jié)合。CTLA4向T細胞傳遞抑制信號，而CD28則傳遞刺激信號。細胞內(nèi)CTLA4也存在于調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞中，可能對其功能很重要。CTLA4和抗體的融合蛋白（CTLA4-Ig）已用于類風濕性關節(jié)炎的臨床試驗。
