背景（Background）
酪氨酸蛋白激酶跨膜受體ROR1也稱為神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)性酪氨酸激酶受體相關1（NTRKR1），屬于蛋白激酶超家族或tyr蛋白激酶家族或ROR亞家族。ROR1包含1個FZ（卷曲）結構域，1個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結構域，1個kringle結構域，1個蛋白激酶結構域。ROR1在早期胚胎發(fā)育過程中高水平表達。表達水平在第16天左右強烈下降，成人組織中只有非常低的水平。ROR1可以與酪蛋白激酶1ε（CK1ε）相互作用，激活磷酸肌醇3激酶介導的AKT磷酸化和cAMP反應元件結合蛋白（CREB），這與增強的腫瘤細胞生長有關。
