背景（Background）

含V集結(jié)構(gòu)域的T細(xì)胞活化抑制劑1（VTCN1）也稱為免疫共刺激蛋白B7-H4、蛋白B7S1、T細(xì)胞共刺激分子B7x、B7H4，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族和BTN/MOG家族。VTCN1包含兩個(gè)Ig樣V型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。VTCN1的表達(dá)被IL6和IL10上調(diào)，并被抗原呈遞細(xì)胞（APC）上的GM-CSF和IL4抑制。VTCN1/B7-H4通過抑制T細(xì)胞的活化、增殖、細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生和細(xì)胞毒性的發(fā)展來負(fù)調(diào)控T細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫反應(yīng)。VTCN1參與促進(jìn)上皮細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化。
