IGFBP3分子背景
胰島素樣生長因子結(jié)合蛋白3也稱為IGFBP3，是一種在人類中由IGFBP3基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)。IGFBP3與IGF1或IGF2以及糖蛋白胰島素樣生長因子酸不穩(wěn)定亞基（ALS）形成約140~150 kDa的三元復(fù)合物，從而改變IGFs與其細(xì)胞表面受體的相互作用。IGFBP3根據(jù)細(xì)胞環(huán)境發(fā)揮促凋亡或生長刺激作用。研究表明，IGFBP3可以誘導(dǎo)依賴或獨立于IGF-IGF受體軸的凋亡，因此在某些癌癥中充當(dāng)腫瘤發(fā)生和進(jìn)展的負(fù)調(diào)節(jié)因子。在肝臟的非分支細(xì)胞中發(fā)現(xiàn)了最高的表達(dá)水平。表達(dá)水平在子宮外生活期間也較高，在青春期達(dá)到峰值。
