Casitas B系淋巴瘤原癌基因B（CBLB）也被稱為RNF56。E3泛素蛋白連接酶從特定的E2泛素結(jié)合酶接受泛素，并將其轉(zhuǎn)移到底物上，通常促進(jìn)其被蛋白酶體降解。負(fù)調(diào)控TCR（T細(xì)胞受體）、BCR（B細(xì)胞受體）和FCER1（高親和力免疫球蛋白ε受體）信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路。輕微促進(jìn)SRC泛素化?？赡軈⑴cEGFR泛素化和內(nèi)化?？赡芘cE2泛素蛋白連接酶UB2D3功能偶聯(lián)。在胎盤、心臟、肺、腎臟、脾臟、卵巢和睪丸，以及胎兒腦、肝臟和造血細(xì)胞系中表達(dá)，但在成人腦、肝臟、胰腺、唾液腺或骨骼肌中不表達(dá)。
