CD131分子背景
CD131是常見的β亞基，是1型細胞因子受體家族的成員。有三類主要的異源受體復合物，其中受體復合物利用一個共同的共享受體亞基作為信號轉(zhuǎn)導鏈，以及一個細胞因子特異性亞基。這三類包括使用gp130的、使用γc的和使用共同β亞基βc（CD131）的。CD131由“四螺旋束”細胞因子家族中的三種共享；IL-3、IL-5和GM-CSF，并與每種細胞因子的細胞因子特異性α鏈一起形成受體復合物。此外，盡管這些細胞因子中的每一種都有自己的特定α亞基，但CD131的共同利用表明，在表達細胞上存在一種獨特和/或重疊活動的共同細胞內(nèi)過程。
