MIF分子背景
巨噬細胞移動抑制因子（MIF）也被稱為糖基化抑制因子（GIF）、L-多巴胺異構酶、L-多巴胺互變異構酶、苯丙酮酸互變異構體。與CXCR2胞外區(qū)、CD74胞外區(qū)、COPS5和BNIPL相互作用。MIF在炎癥部位的表達表明其在調節(jié)巨噬細胞在宿主防御中的功能中起著中介作用。對抗糖皮質激素的抗炎活性。具有苯丙酮酸互變異構酶和多巴胺互變異構體活性（體外），但生理底物尚不清楚。目前尚不清楚互變異構體活性是否具有任何生理相關性，以及它是否對細胞因子活性很重要。
