NKG2A/CD159a是一種跨膜蛋白，屬于CD94/NKG2家族的C型凝集素樣受體，可抑制先天免疫系統(tǒng)激活，也稱為KLRC1、CD159a、NK細胞受體a和NKG2-a/NKG2-B II型整合膜蛋白。NKG2A標記了一種獨特的免疫效應(yīng)子亞群，優(yōu)先共表達組織駐留CD103分子，但不表達免疫檢查點抑制劑。NKG2A阻斷療法通過CD8 T細胞而非NK細胞進行。NKG2A表達的增加可能是由IL-10誘導的，IL-10在HCC患者的血漿中高水平存在。阻斷IL-10可以特異性抑制NK細胞中NKG2A的表達。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)表明，NKG2A的表達受癌癥巢因子的影響，并導致NK細胞耗竭，這表明NKG2A阻斷有可能通過逆轉(zhuǎn)NK細胞耗竭來恢復對肝腫瘤的免疫力。
