Nanocs LC-SPDP is a long-length crossliker for amine to sulfhydryl conjμgation via its NHS-ester and pyridyldithiol reactive groups that form cleavable disulfide bonds with free thiol groups.3-(2-Pyridyldithio)propionic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (SPDP) is useful for the preparation of enzyme immunoconjμgates and hapten carrier molecule conjμgates. It has been used for antibody conjμgation and as a protein cross-linker.
