E-Cadherin分子背景
Cadherins是鈣依賴性細胞粘附蛋白。它們在連接細胞時優(yōu)先以親同的方式與自己相互作用；鈣粘蛋白因此可能有助于異質(zhì)細胞類型的分選。鈣粘蛋白-1（CDH1）也稱為上皮鈣粘蛋白（E-Cadherin）、CD_抗原（CD324）、UVO ECAD和CDHE，CDH1/CD324包含5個鈣粘蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域。CDH1/CD324/ECAD在非神經(jīng)上皮組織中表達。CDH1/E-CAD參與調(diào)節(jié)上皮細胞的細胞間粘附、遷移和增殖的機制，并具有強大的侵襲抑制作用。它是整合素α-E/β-7的配體。E-Cad促進Abeta前體的非淀粉樣降解，對APP C99和C83的產(chǎn)生具有很強的抑制作用。CDH1/CD324/ECAD缺陷是遺傳性彌漫性癌癥（HDGC）的病因。
