Description：(Cys(Et)2·7)-α-CGRP (human)是一種有效且有選擇性的CGRP2受體激動(dòng)劑多肽，序列中含有37個(gè)氨基酸。(Cys(Et)2·7)-α-CGRP具有很強(qiáng)的抑制鼠輸精管痙攣反應(yīng)的功能，其ED50為4-5 nM，盡管在體外生物鑒定中，想要誘導(dǎo)典型的豚鼠心房中CGRP1受體的變時(shí)性和變力效果需要很高的濃度(> 1 μM)。
(Cys (Et) 2.7)- α- CGRP (human) is an effective and selective CGRP2 receptor agonist peptide, with a sequence containing 37 amino acids. (Cys (Et) 2.7)- α- CGRP has a strong inhibitory effect on vasospasm in mice, with an ED50 of 4-5 nM. Although in vitro biological identification, high concentrations (>1 μ M) are required to induce the chronotropic and inotropic effects of CGRP1 receptors in typical guinea pig atria.
