Description：Angiotensin II (5-8), human 是一種血管收縮肽血管緊張素II的內(nèi)源性c端片段，是由四個氨基酸組成的多肽。Angiotensin II與AT II 1 型 (AT1)受體結(jié)合，刺激血管平滑肌細(xì)胞中的GPCRs，增加細(xì)胞內(nèi) Ca2+ 水平。Angiotensin II也在腎小管近端的Na+/H+交換器中起作用。
Angiotensin II (5-8), human, is an endogenous c-terminal fragment of the vasoconstrictor peptide angiotensin II, composed of four amino acids. Angiotensin II binds to the AT II type 1 (AT1) receptor, stimulating GPCRs in vascular smooth muscle cells and increasing intracellular Ca2+levels. Angiotensin II also plays a role in the Na+/H+exchanger at the proximal end of the renal tubules.
