Description：Bactenecin是某些細菌在代謝過程中通過核糖體合成機制產(chǎn)生的一類具有抑菌活性的多肽或前體多肽，是由12個氨基酸組成的環(huán)狀多肽。Bactenecin對同種近緣菌株呈現(xiàn)狹窄的抑制譜，通過在靶細胞上穿孔、抑制肽聚糖合成，與核糖體或tRNA相互作用抑制蛋白質合成，直接降解靶細胞DNA，從而起到抑菌效果。Bactenecin是從牛身體里提取出的一種具有二硫鍵結構的12肽。
Bactenecin is a class of antimicrobial peptides or precursor peptides produced by certain bacteria through ribosome synthesis mechanisms during metabolic processes. It is a cyclic peptide composed of 12 amino acids. Bactenecin exhibits a narrow inhibitory spectrum against closely related strains of the same species, by perforating on target cells, inhibiting peptidoglycan synthesis, interacting with ribosomes or tRNA to inhibit protein synthesis, directly degrading target cell DNA, and thus achieving antibacterial effects. Bactenecin is a 12 peptide with a disulfide bond structure extracted from the body of cattle.
