GAS6（生長停滯特異性蛋白6）也稱為AXL受體酪氨酸激酶配體AXLLG。酪氨酸蛋白激酶受體AXL、TYRO3和MER的配體，其信號傳導(dǎo)與細胞生長和存活、細胞粘附和細胞遷移有關(guān)。GAS6/AXL信號傳導(dǎo)在各種過程中起著重要作用，如酸化過程中的內(nèi)皮細胞存活，通過防止凋亡，人類自然殺傷細胞發(fā)育過程中的最佳細胞因子信號傳導(dǎo)，肝再生，促性腺激素釋放激素神經(jīng)元存活和遷移，血小板活化或調(diào)節(jié)血栓反應(yīng)。
