MICA分子背景
MHC I類多肽相關(guān)序列A（MICA）屬于MHC I類家族和MIC亞家族。MICA包含一個(gè)Ig樣C1型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。與經(jīng)典的MHC I類分子不同，MICA不會(huì)與β-2-微球蛋白形成異二聚體。MICA作為一種應(yīng)激誘導(dǎo)的自身抗原，被γδT細(xì)胞識(shí)別。MICA是KLRK1/NKG2D受體的配體。MICA與KLRK1結(jié)合導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞裂解。
