CD8a分子背景
在免疫反應中起重要作用的完整膜糖蛋白，在抵抗外部和內(nèi)部攻擊的反應中具有多種功能。同時與T細胞受體（TCR）和抗原呈遞細胞（APC）呈遞的MHC I類蛋白相互作用。反過來，Src激酶LCK被募集到TCR-CD3復合物附近。在NK細胞中，細胞表面CD8A同源二聚體的存在提供了一種存活機制，允許多個靶細胞的結合和裂解。CD8A同二聚體分子還促進活化淋巴細胞的存活和分化為記憶性CD8 T細胞。
