APRIL分子背景
APRIL（增殖誘導(dǎo)配體）也稱為腫瘤壞死因子配體超家族成員13，TALL-2，TRDL-1，CD256，TNFFSF 13，與TNFRSF13B/TACI和TNFRSF17/BCMA結(jié)合的細(xì)胞因子。APRIL是主要與血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤相關(guān)的腫瘤壞死因子家族的細(xì)胞因子。BAFF和APRIL都組裝成同源三聚體，結(jié)合并激活它們部分共享的幾種受體。不同化學(xué)計(jì)量比的BAFF-APRIL異聚體具有不同的受體結(jié)合特性和活性。此外，APRIL的表達(dá)受miR-145在GC細(xì)胞中的調(diào)節(jié)。
