CD抗原CD71也稱為轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白受體蛋白1、TfR、sTfR、p90、TfR1、Trfr，屬于肽酶M28家族和M28B亞家族。CD71/TFR包含一個(gè)PA（蛋白酶相關(guān)）結(jié)構(gòu)域。CD71/TfR1是轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白向細(xì)胞輸送鐵所必需的。CD71是人類白血病和淋巴瘤病例的潛在新靶點(diǎn)。CD71/TFRC/TfR已被證明與GABARAP和HFE相互作用。
