Mesothelin背景
間皮素（MSLN）也被稱為CAK1抗原，前巨核細(xì)胞增強(qiáng)因子，屬于間皮素家族。間皮素/MSLN可以被弗林蛋白酶樣轉(zhuǎn)化酶蛋白水解切割成以下兩條鏈：巨核細(xì)胞增強(qiáng)因子（MPF）和間皮素的切割形式。MPF和間皮素的裂解形式都是N-糖基化的。間皮素/MSLN可以與MUC16相互作用。膜錨定形式的MSLN可能在細(xì)胞粘附中發(fā)揮作用。MPF在體外增強(qiáng)巨核細(xì)胞集落形成。
