Description：Dermorphin是阿片肽(opioids)中的一種，是一種具有很強(qiáng)鎮(zhèn)痛活性的一類神經(jīng)肽，多肽序列中含有7個氨基酸。Dermorphin最早是從南美洲樹蛙的皮膚中發(fā)現(xiàn)的，在生物體內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的具有與嗎啡相似生理作用的一些肽類物質(zhì)，不過目前對dermorphin鎮(zhèn)痛的作用原理還不是很清楚。
Dermorphin is a type of opioid peptide with strong analgesic activity. The peptide sequence contains 7 amino acids. Dermorphin was first discovered in the skin of the South American tree frog and produces some peptide substances in the organism that have physiological effects similar to morphine. However, the mechanism of dermorphin's analgesic effect is currently not very clear.
