Description：C3 Peptide P16 是一種由人類 C3d 合成的含有16個(gè)氨基酸的肽，多肽具體較強(qiáng)的親水性，C3d 是在胰蛋白酶裂解的 C3 中產(chǎn)生的一個(gè)片段。C3 Peptide P16 可以增強(qiáng)存在于人類 B 淋巴瘤細(xì)胞中 pp105 和 pp100 的體外磷酸化。
C3 Peptide P16 is a peptide composed of 16 amino acids synthesized by human C3d, which has strong hydrophilicity. C3d is a fragment produced in the cleavage of C3 by trypsin. C3 Peptide P16 can enhance in vitro phosphorylation of pp105 and pp100 present in human B lymphoma cells.
