C5a Receptor agnis is a plasma protein that participates in cellular inflammatory processes by inducing chemotaxis, leukocyte degranulation, increasing vascular permeability, and cytokine production. The fifth position of cyclohexylalanine is crucial for agonist function. The Arg in the last position is a d-isomer.
