理化性質(zhì)

無色發(fā)煙液體，有強(qiáng)烈臭味和對眼的刺激性。相對密度1.1051 (20℃) ，熔點(diǎn)-112℃，沸點(diǎn)51～52℃，閃點(diǎn)4.4℃ (閉皿)。 在濕空氣中緩慢分解而冒白煙，遇水猛烈水解成醋酸及氯化氫， 故應(yīng)密封保存。能和苯、丙酮、三氯甲烷、乙醚、冰醋酸、石油醚等混溶。液體重于水，蒸氣比空氣重。化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑，能和很多化合物起復(fù)分解反應(yīng)。乙酰氯能與蛋白質(zhì)中的巰基結(jié)合，因此對人體有毒。重要的乙?；噭；芰Ρ纫音麖?qiáng)。廣泛用于有機(jī)合成。也是羧酸發(fā)生氯化反應(yīng)的催化劑。由冰醋酸與三氯化磷在冷的情況下混合后加熱，去氯化氫蒸餾而制得。

危險情況

(1) 對皮膚和粘膜有腐蝕作用，對眼睛有強(qiáng)刺激性。
(2) 易燃，燃點(diǎn)390℃，有較大的燃燒危險。蒸氣能與空氣形成爆炸性混合物，爆炸極限尚未確定。由于蒸氣比空氣重，所以能擴(kuò)散到相當(dāng)距離外的火源處點(diǎn)燃，并將火焰?zhèn)鞑セ貋怼Ｓ鏊痛加袆×曳磻?yīng)。當(dāng)加熱至分解，可釋放出HCl和劇毒的光氣氣體。

主要用途 USE IN

乙酰氯是最常用的乙?；噭c醇、酚作用得到乙酸酯，與氨作用形成乙酰胺，與伯胺、仲胺作用生成N-取代乙酰胺。
用于制藥工業(yè)，農(nóng)藥制造，乙?；苌锖腿玖系鹊闹苽洹Ｓ米鳒y定磷、膽甾醇、有機(jī)溶劑中的水分、亞硝基、羥基、四乙基鉛等的試劑。
乙酰氯是最重要的酰鹵，可用冰醋酸與亞硫酰氯或三氯化磷、五氯化磷制備。
