Description：[Des-His1，Glu9]-Glucagon (1-29), amide是胰高血糖素受體拮抗劑多肽，序列中N端個(gè)His取消，第9個(gè)氨基酸Asp換成Glu，并且C端酰胺化。用于抑制大鼠肝膜中胰高血糖素誘導(dǎo)的腺苷酸環(huán)化酶活化，不顯示激動(dòng)劑活性。 在體外增強(qiáng)葡萄糖刺激的胰腺胰島素釋放。 在正常兔中阻斷胰高血糖素誘導(dǎo)的高血糖癥，而不影響體內(nèi)糖原分解。 還可阻斷鏈脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠的內(nèi)源性胰高血糖素誘導(dǎo)的高血糖癥。
[Des His1, Glu9] - Glucagon (1-29), amide is a glucagon receptor antagonist peptide, with the first His at the N-terminus cancelled, the 9th amino acid Asp replaced with Glu, and the C-terminus amidated. Used to inhibit the activation of adenylate cyclase induced by glucagon in the liver membrane of rats, without showing agonist activity. Enhanced glucose stimulated pancreatic insulin release in vitro. Blocking glucagon induced hyperglycemia in normal rabbits without affecting glycogen breakdown in the body. It can also block the endogenous glucagon induced hyperglycemia in streptozotocin diabetes rats.
