Description：Oligopeptide-2是一種由五個氨基酸組成的小分子多肽，是膠原蛋白I(type I collagen)C端前肽(第197-241殘基序列)的一個亞片段。Oligopeptide-2通過作用于真皮成纖維細(xì)胞，促進大分子物質(zhì)如I、III、IV 型膠原蛋白、纖維連接蛋白和糖胺聚糖的合成，修復(fù)和重建細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)及表皮-真皮連接部（DEJ），從皮膚深層解決皺紋問題和改善皮膚外觀。同時Oligopeptide-2也可以促進傷口修復(fù)基因的表達，有利于皮膚組織的恢復(fù)。
Oligopeptide-2 is a small molecule peptide composed of five amino acids, and is a sub segment of the C-terminal prepreptide (197-241 residue sequence) of collagen I. Oligoptide-2 promotes the synthesis of macromolecular substances such as type I, III, and IV collagen, fibronectin, and glycosaminoglycan by acting on dermal fibroblasts, repairing and reconstructing the extracellular matrix and epidermal dermal junction (DEJ), solving wrinkles and improving skin appearance from the deep skin layer. Meanwhile, Oligoptide-2 can also promote the expression of wound repair genes, which is beneficial for the recovery of skin tissue.
