Acetyl-Exenatide-4 is an acetylated derivative of Exenatide, which contains 39 amino acids from the original sequence and blocks the N-terminal acetylation of the peptide chain. The function of Exenatide is similar to insulin, which can be used in the study of type 2 diabetes. Exenatide can promote Th17 differentiation, inhibit Treg differentiation, and downregulate PI3K/Akt/FoxO1 phosphorylation. Acetyl-Exenatide-4 is commonly used as a control experiment.
