The N-terminal of the peptide chain is blocked by Myr, and its IC50 value is 75 μ M. Myristoyl Lys Arg Thr Leu Arg OH can inhibit the induction of IL-2 receptors and IL-2 production in human leukemia cell line Jurkat.
