Foxy-5 is a Wnt5a peptide mimetic peptide with a sequence containing 6 amino acids, and the N-terminal of the peptide chain is modified by formylation. Foxy-5 damages the migration and invasion of 4T1 breast cancer cells in vitro, and also inhibits the metastasis of 4T1 cells inoculated in mice.
