It was the first synthetic human brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) obtained from Escherichia coli using Recombinant DNA technology, and its function is very similar to that of human BNP. Research has shown that drugs using synthetic Nesiritide as the main raw material have clear therapeutic effects in the treatment of heart failure, especially acute heart failure.
