Description：Neuropeptide Y Antagonist是一種有效的神經(jīng)肽 Y (NPY) Y1 受體拮抗劑多肽（rY1 和 hY1 受體的 pA2 = 10 和 10.5），序列中是一個(gè)二聚體多肽，通過酰胺鍵形成的二聚體多肽。Neuropeptide Y Antagonist也是一種有效和選擇性的 NPY Y4 受體激動(dòng)劑（rY2、hY4 和 rY5 受體的 pEC50 值分別為 6.0、8.6 和 6.1），由同一段序列通過酰胺鍵形成的二聚體多肽。在體內(nèi)抑制大鼠的食物攝入，Neuropeptide Y Antagonist在體外也對(duì)神經(jīng)肽 FF (NPFF) 受體具有親和力 (Ki = 43-73 nM)。
Neuropeptide Y Antagonist is an effective Neuropeptide Y (NPY) Y1 receptor antagonist peptide (pA2 of rY1 and hY1 receptors=10 and 10.5). The sequence is a dimer peptide formed by amide bond. Neuropeptide Y Antigonist is also an effective and selective NPY Y4 receptor agonist (pEC50 values of 6.0, 8.6, and 6.1 for rY2, hY4, and rY5 receptors, respectively), a dimeric peptide formed from the same sequence through amide bonds. Neuropeptide Y Antagonist also has affinity for Neuropeptide FF (NPFF) receptor in vitro (Ki=43-73 nM) by inhibiting food intake of rats in vivo.
