Polyphemusin II Derived Peptide (T140) is an inhibitor peptide of CXCR4, with a sequence of 17 amino acids and a pair of disulfide bonds. Polyphemusin II Derived Peptide has high inhibitory activity on HIV-1 entry and an inhibitory effect against CXCR4 monoclonal antibody (12G5) binding to CXCR4.
