Description：B7-33是一種人工設計的類似于H2 relaxin的多肽，使一條由27個氨基酸組成的多肽。B7-33通過優(yōu)先與磷酸化絲裂原活化蛋白激酶胞外信號調節(jié)激酶，從而激活松弛素肽受體1的信號傳導。在動物模型實驗中可以得出B7-33可減輕心肌細胞死亡和內質網應激，保護心臟功能，對小鼠急性心肌損傷具有保護作用。同時B7-33在體外成纖維細胞、大鼠和小鼠體內纖維化模型中被證明能特異性結合松弛素受體RXFP1，并優(yōu)先激活與抗纖維化作用相關的通路，而無副作用。
B7-33 is an artificially designed peptide similar to H2 relaxin, consisting of 27 amino acids. B7-33 activates the extracellular signal regulated kinase of protein kinase by preferentially phosphorylating mitogen, thereby activating the signal transduction of relaxin peptide receptor 1. In the animal model experiment, it can be concluded that B7-33 can reduce myocardial cell death and endoplasmic reticulum stress, protect the heart function, and have a protective effect on acute myocardial injury in mice. At the same time, B7-33 has been shown to specifically bind to the relaxin receptor RXFP1 in vitro fibroblasts, rat and mouse models of fibrosis, and preferentially activate pathways related to anti fibrosis effects without side effects.
