Description：B7-33是一種人工設(shè)計(jì)的類似于H2 relaxin的多肽，使一條由27個(gè)氨基酸組成的多肽。B7-33通過優(yōu)先與磷酸化絲裂原活化蛋白激酶胞外信號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)激酶，從而激活松弛素肽受體1的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)。在動(dòng)物模型實(shí)驗(yàn)中可以得出B7-33可減輕心肌細(xì)胞死亡和內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)應(yīng)激，保護(hù)心臟功能，對(duì)小鼠急性心肌損傷具有保護(hù)作用。同時(shí)B7-33在體外成纖維細(xì)胞、大鼠和小鼠體內(nèi)纖維化模型中被證明能特異性結(jié)合松弛素受體RXFP1，并優(yōu)先激活與抗纖維化作用相關(guān)的通路，而無副作用。
B7-33 is an artificially designed peptide similar to H2 relaxin, consisting of 27 amino acids. B7-33 activates the extracellular signal regulated kinase of protein kinase by preferentially phosphorylating mitogen, thereby activating the signal transduction of relaxin peptide receptor 1. In the animal model experiment, it can be concluded that B7-33 can reduce myocardial cell death and endoplasmic reticulum stress, protect the heart function, and have a protective effect on acute myocardial injury in mice. At the same time, B7-33 has been shown to specifically bind to the relaxin receptor RXFP1 in vitro fibroblasts, rat and mouse models of fibrosis, and preferentially activate pathways related to anti fibrosis effects without side effects.
