LCKLSL is a N-terminal hexapeptide with a sulfhydryl group in its structure. It is a competitive annexin A2 (AnxA2) inhibitor, which can effectively inhibit the combination of tissue plasmin activator (tPA) and AnxA2. LCKLSL can also inhibit the production of plasmin and has the effect of anti angiogenesis.
