Description：醋酸普蘭林肽是胰淀粉樣多肽（Amylin，淀粉不溶素）的一種合成類似物，是由37個氨基酸組成的環(huán)狀多肽，是繼胰島素之后第二個獲準用于治療１型糖尿病的藥物。在臨床上，以普蘭林肽為主要原料的藥物，可用作１型和２型糖尿病的輔助治療藥物，主要用于單用胰島素，以及聯合應用胰島素和磺脲類藥物、二甲雙胍仍無法取得預期療效的糖尿病患者。實驗證明，普蘭林肽可與胰島素合用，但不能取代胰島素。
Pramlintide is a synthetic analog of pancreatic amyloid peptide (Amylin). It is a cyclic polypeptide composed of 37 amino acids. It is the second drug approved to treat type 1 diabetes after insulin. Clinically, the drug with Pranin as the main raw material can be used as an auxiliary treatment drug for type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It is mainly used for diabetes patients who can not achieve the expected effect with insulin alone, insulin and sulfonylurea drugs in combination, and metformin. Experiments have shown that planin can be used in combination with insulin, but it cannot replace insulin.
