R715 is an effective selective bradykinin B1 receptor antagonist (pA2=8.49), and B2 receptor is inactive. R 715 is a straight chain polypeptide composed of 9 amino acids. The peptide chain contains a non natural amino acid. R 715 can reduce the mechanical over injury feeling in the neuropathic pain mouse model, and its metabolism is stable.
