Description：pep2m是GluA2（AMPA 受體）亞基的 C 末端與 N-乙基馬來(lái)酰亞胺敏感融合蛋白 (NSF)（一種調(diào)節(jié) AMPA 受體功能的蛋白質(zhì)）之間相互作用的肽抑制劑，由10個(gè)氨基酸組成的直鏈多肽，能降低 CA1 神經(jīng)元中的突觸后電流、培養(yǎng)的海馬神經(jīng)元中 AMPA 介導(dǎo)的電流和 AMPA 受體表面表達(dá)。
Pep2m is a peptide inhibitor that interacts between the C-terminal of GluA2 (AMPA receptor) subunit and N-ethyl maleimide imide sensitive fusion protein (NSF), a protein that regulates the function of AMPA receptor. A linear chain peptide composed of 10 amino acids can reduce the postsynaptic current in CA1 neurons, AMPA mediated current and AMPA receptor surface expression in cultured hippocampal neurons.
