Description：NGR peptide 是含有天冬酰胺-甘氨酸-精氨酸(NGR)序列的細(xì)胞穿膜肽，NGR peptide可靶向腫瘤新生血管上皮細(xì)胞特異過量表達(dá)的CD13受體。
NGR peptide可以選擇性地與APN / CD13結(jié)合，可以免疫捕獲或在細(xì)胞表面表達(dá)，同時(shí)NGR peptide具有的腫瘤選擇性。 與NGR peptide偶聯(lián)的抗癌藥物阿霉素（DOX）表現(xiàn)出比游離藥物本身更高的抗腫瘤作用，甚至更低的毒性。體內(nèi)NGR peptide顯像不僅可以提供有關(guān)NGR靶向過程的更多信息，包括生物分布和藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)，還可以揭示與腫瘤進(jìn)展和惡性腫瘤有關(guān)的血管生成活性。
NGR peptide is a cell penetrating peptide containing the asparagine glycine arginine (NGR) sequence, which can target CD13 receptors specifically overexpressed in tumor neovascular epithelial cells.
NGR peptide can selectively bind to APN/CD13 and can be immunocaptured or expressed on the cell surface, while NGR peptide has the greatest tumor selectivity. The anticancer drug doxorubicin (DOX) coupled with NGR peptide exhibits higher anti-tumor effects and even lower toxicity than the free drug itself. In vivo NGR peptide imaging can not only provide more information about NGR targeting processes, including biological distribution and pharmacokinetics, but also reveal angiogenesis activity related to tumor progression and malignancy.
