Description：Spinorphin是一種內(nèi)源性多肽，多肽序列種含有7個(gè)氨基酸，具有較強(qiáng)的疏水性，可以起到抑制腦啡肽降解酶（氨肽酶、二肽氨肽酶 III、腦啡肽酶）和血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)化酶的效果。Spinorphin在小鼠中顯示鎮(zhèn)痛作用。
Spinorphin is an endogenous peptide. The peptide sequence contains 7 amino acids and has strong hydrophobicity, which can inhibit the effects of enkephalin degrading enzymes (aminopeptidase, dipeptide aminopeptidase III, enkephalin) and angiotensin converting enzyme. Spinoprhin exhibits analgesic effects in mice.
