Description：Carperitide為28個氨基酸組成的多肽，擁有穩(wěn)定的二級結(jié)構(gòu)，是一種循環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)激素，起血管擴張和利尿作用。在臨床上，卡培立肽為主要原料的藥物可以引起的血管舒張是由于與血管平滑肌的ANP（心房利鈉多肽）受體結(jié)合，通過提高鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶的活性而實現(xiàn)的，提示可減輕心臟前、后負(fù)荷。
Carperitide is a peptide composed of 28 amino acids, with a stable secondary structure. It is a circulating regulatory hormone that plays a role in vasodilation and diuresis. In clinical practice, the vasodilation caused by drugs with capecitabine as the main raw material is achieved by binding to the ANP (atrial natriuretic peptide) receptor of vascular smooth muscle and increasing the activity of guanylate cyclase, indicating that it can reduce the pre and post cardiac burden.
