Description：iRGD peptide是由9個氨基酸組成的二硫鍵環(huán)肽，結構比較穩(wěn)定。臨床上iRGD peptide主要用于檢測、治療腫瘤，先與 av integrins 結合，隨后酶解產(chǎn)生 CRGDK/R 與 神經(jīng)纖毛蛋白-1 (neuropilin-1) 相互作用，從而促進藥物的組織滲透，具有靶向腫瘤、腫瘤滲透的作用。
IRGD peptide is a disulfide linked cyclic peptide composed of 9 amino acids, with a relatively stable structure. In clinical practice, iRGD peptide is mainly used to detect and treat tumors. It first binds to av integrins, and then enzymatically hydrolyzes to produce an interaction between CRGDK/R and neurociliain-1, thereby promoting the tissue permeation of drugs, with the effect of targeting tumors and tumor infiltration.
